beauty photography!

beauty is beyond the make up... so far beyond that its behind the camera. not to long ago i was pretty depressed and the pictures from this photographer made me even more so.. but not because they were bad but because they were so beautiful i felt like i would never be able to make things like this happen.. i've since done a lot of thinking and watched a lot of ugly betty and now i look at it a little different. i have to work hard and take a few steps out of my comfort zone if i want to make something something this beautiful.. Micaela Rossato not only makes beautiful images she makes inspirations :)

Alone in the city... pics!

well i said i would post them up if i liked them! and luckily i do! :) even though we needed four prints for class. i think i will only post three because those are the ones i love most :)and i hate to be one of those people who complain about technology but i do think the colors look a little different uploaded to blogger than how i edited them.. that being said i hope you enjoy

Randall Slavin!!

well its about time i post up another photographer!!! yay his name is Randall Slavin and I actually chose him to do a presentation on in class.. part of the presentation was to contact the photographer.. So i emailed him! and he actually got back to me!!! considering he is a pretty busy photographer who shoots celebrities i was quite surprised but really happy and the way he answerd my questions were so honest, i love it.. and his work is pretty kick ass so he is a must to check out! click the picture! peace ;)

Alone in the city

So in class we have an assignment to do.. based around the word intangible.. I've come up with the concept "alone in the city" basically a story of a girl who is alone. Alone in a city full of people. its funny cause i feel like that pretty much all the time so hopefully i can translate that into the photos. i just kind of feel empty right now.. like i feel hollow because idk how to feel. A part of me is used to this feeling "numb" but a part of me still hurts terribly. Well i will post the pics up if i like them :) it will be the first peek into my work :)

Ra Ra... riot?

ooo ga-ga is not the ra ra i'm talking about! Not only is Ra Ra Riots song Can You Tell sweet but so is the music video... i must say i usually like little things in a song like one line can make or break it for me and "my bed's to big for just me" is that line for me... so perfect! what a way to tell someone you need them :) its adorable, its catchy, you should check it out :)
